ACCO Brands Europe (ACCO) warrants its products and their parts against defects in materials and

workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase.

During this period we will repair or replace a defective product or part subject to the following warranty conditions:

The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not extend to

damage to the Product or parts which result from:-

- alteration, repair, modication or service carried out by anyone other than an authorised ACCO service centre.

- accident, neglect, abuse or misuse owing to failure to comply with the normal operating procedures for a

product of this type.

Depending on the diagnostics and the model type, we will either arrange a service call by an engineer or arrange

with you return of the product to ACCO. ACCO will, at its discretion, in accordance with law, either

- repair the shredder using either new or refurbished parts, or

- replace the shredder with a new or refurbished shredder that is equivalent to the shredder being replaced.

Nothing in this Warranty shall have the eect of excluding the liability of ACCO in respect of death and personal

injury caused by the negligence of ACCO. This Warranty is oered (subject to these terms and conditions) in

addition to, and does not aect, your statutory rights.

If you experience a technical fault, please contact the ACCO customer helpdesk (see back cover)

Additional Guarantee

ACCO Brands guarantees the cutting blades of the shredder to be free from defects in material and workmanship

for 10 years from the date of purchase by the original consumer.

*Please note that the cutter blades will be progressively worn down by shredding fastened sheets (staples and

paperclips) - this is not covered in the warranty. The Auto+ 100X has been design to shred up to 50 credit cards

in the standard 2 year warrant period. Any excessive credit card shredding will invalidate the extended cutter

warranty. Auto+ 100X has NOT been designed to shred CDs or DVDs, any attempt to do so will invalidate this

warranty.

These conditions shall in all respects be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Australian Customers

This guarantee does not apply to Australian customers.
